Treating clinicians approve each plan. Rhoe supports members at home within it.
STEP 3
Agree the measures
Adherence, member experience and onward care, reported back as agreed, aggregated outcomes.
Members' conversations stay between them and their care team. We're early, and looking for one or two insurers to design a first pilot with.
